We are committed to providing an accessible, inclusive and welcoming conference experience.

• All conference spaces are located on a single level, making it easy to move between sessions, the exhibition area, catering spaces and meeting rooms.
• Closed captioning is available for all conference sessions.
• A hearing loop is available in the Ballroom for delegates using compatible hearing devices.
• Daily programs and schedule updates are displayed electronically in the registration and exhibition areas.
• A dedicated Wellness Room is available throughout the conference for delegates who would like a quiet space to rest, recharge or take a break from the conference environment.
• Peer Support Workers, generously provided by Meridian, will be available throughout the event for delegates who would like to debrief, seek support or have a conversation.

The conference app is the best way to stay informed throughout the event, with access to the latest program information, updates and announcements.

All registered delegates should have received an email containing their individual login details. If you experience any difficulties accessing the app, please visit the registration desk where staff will be happy to assist.
